Oraligo

Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 30, 2026

Oraligo is a trilingual communication practice app for Chinese, English, and Myanmar. This policy explains what information may be collected, how it is used, and how users can contact us.

Information Stored on Your Device

Oraligo may store learning progress, review history, favorites, display language preferences, interface language preferences, daily goals, reminder settings, and offline cache data on your device. This helps the app work faster and continue working when the network is unstable.

Information Sent to Our Server

Some features may send information to our server, including activation code checks, access status, feedback messages, support requests, and basic technical information needed to keep the app working. If you submit feedback, the message you write may be stored in the admin panel for review.

Payment and Activation

Oraligo does not process payments directly inside the app. If you pay through WeChat, Alipay, KBZPay, or USDT, you may be asked to send a payment screenshot to support for manual verification. We use that screenshot only to verify your payment and provide an activation code.

Offline Cache and Audio

The app may cache learning content and audio files on your device so lessons can open more reliably. You can clear local data from the app's data management area when available.

How We Use Information

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may only share information when required by law, needed to protect the service, or necessary to operate support and activation workflows.

Data Requests

You may contact support to request correction or deletion of feedback or account-related records where technically possible. Some local learning data can be cleared directly on your own device.

Contact

For privacy questions, activation issues, or data requests, please use the in-app Contact Support option or the contact information provided by Oraligo.
